Mr. Datta Ram Gill (Non-Executive Director) aged 79 years, is a graduate with an experience of 52 years which includes more than 12 years of experience in managerial grade of a Spinning Mill and of around 18 years invarious Textile Industry, handling the operations and store management system. His technical exposure and varied experience shall contribute to systematic and efficient execution of the operations.

Mr. Bijan Aditya, (Independent Director) aged 34 years, a graduate has more than 5 years practical experience in the field of Commerce & Industry.

Mr. Chinmoy De, (Independent Director) aged 43 years a graduate has approx 12 years´ experience in the field of Finance to his credit at national as well as international level.

Ms. Sangeeta Roy, (Independent Director) 33 years aged, is a qualified Company Secretary and has more than 8 years of experience in Secretarial and Legal.
